Testing Whether the Mod Is Actually Fixing Your Sneak Glitch
Set up a fair test
You cannot judge the fix on a smooth, empty server, because the bug only appears under lag. You need a controlled comparison: same server, same spot, mod on versus mod off.
A repeatable test routine
1. Find a laggy spot, such as near a large redstone contraption, a dense mob farm, or spawn during peak hours.
2. Switch to third person so you can see your own model.
3. Sneak ten times in a row and count how many crouches look doubled or stuttered.
4. Note the result, then disable No Double Sneak and repeat the exact same routine in the same spot.
5. Compare the counts. A clear drop in doubled crouches when the mod is on confirms it is working.
6. Repeat once more with the mod enabled to rule out a lucky run.
Reading the results
If both runs look identical, either the server was not lagging during your test or another mod is overriding the animation. Try a busier time or a different server before concluding the mod does nothing. Remember the mod fixes the visual double crouch, not the latency itself, so input delay will remain even when the animation is clean.
