Reducing Visual Clutter While Mining Without Hurting Performance

What This Pack Actually Changes

This pack replaces the block-break particle texture with a transparent one. The particles are still spawned and rendered by the game — they are just invisible. That means it cleans up your screen but does not remove the particle work your computer is doing.

Getting a Real Performance Gain

If your goal is frames per second rather than looks, pair this pack with the in-game particle setting. Go to Options → Video Settings → Particles and lower it. Setting particles to Minimal or Decreased reduces how many particles the game spawns at all, which is where the actual performance savings come from. This pack handles the visual side; the setting handles the load.

Mining in Tight Spaces

The pack shines in caves, mineshafts, and strip mines where constant block breaking fills the screen with debris. With the particles invisible, you can see ores, lava, and mobs more clearly while digging.

Combining With Other Clean-Up Packs

You can stack this with packs that hide other effects, such as explosion or weather particles, as long as you keep the load order in mind. Test after each addition so you know which pack caused any change.
