Cleaning Up Baby Zombies Already Present in an Existing World
Why they may still be around
The mod prevents new baby zombies and baby husks from spawning, but it does not retroactively delete mobs that already exist in a saved world. If you installed the mod into a world where babies had already spawned, you may still run into them until they are dealt with.
Removing existing babies
1. Search the areas you frequent at night, especially caves, villages, and anywhere zombies commonly gather. Baby zombies are small and easy to miss in dark corners.
2. Kill any you find directly. Because they are fast and hard to hit, use a sweeping sword attack or a ranged weapon rather than chasing them.
3. For large numbers, use a command that targets and removes the baby variants if your setup supports it. Target zombies and husks and filter by the baby state so you do not delete adult mobs.
4. Check spawners and mob farms, since babies may have accumulated inside enclosed spaces where they cannot despawn.
Preventing recurrence
Once the existing babies are cleared, the mod keeps new ones from appearing, so the problem should not return. Keep an eye on any mods or datapacks that add custom zombie variants, as those could reintroduce baby-like mobs independently of this mod.
