How to Store and Carry Your Music Player with the Backpack

The Music Player Backpack lets you keep your player and discs organized and on your back instead of scattered across your inventory. This is the intended way to carry your music setup while exploring.

Equipping the Backpack

Craft the Music Player Backpack, then equip it in your chest slot the same way you would wear a chestplate. Once worn, it provides storage specifically for your music-related items. Open the backpack interface to see its slots. Place your Music Player inside so it travels with you rather than taking up a hotbar slot.

Managing Discs on the Go

The backpack's storage is meant to hold your Music CDs so you can swap them without digging through your main inventory. Keep your written discs in the backpack slots and pull one out when you want to change what is playing. This keeps your hotbar free for tools while your music library stays accessible.

Troubleshooting

If the backpack will not equip, make sure your chest slot is empty — it conflicts with armor in that slot. If items vanish from view, check that you opened the backpack interface and not a regular chest; the backpack has its own inventory. If the Music Player inside stops playing when you move, confirm the player is actually loaded with a disc and not just stored empty in a backpack slot.
