Copying NBT From Multiple Entities in One Session

Handling Repeated Outputs

Technical players often inspect several entities in a row — say, comparing tags across a group of mobs or checking multiple armor stands. Each command you run produces its own output block in chat, and the mod attaches a separate COPY button to each one. That means you can work through a list of entities and copy each result individually without the earlier ones being overwritten.

A Workable Routine

1. Run your first /cgetdata or /data get command and click COPY on its output.

2. Paste it into your editor immediately, labelling which entity it belongs to.

3. Repeat for the next entity, and the next.

4. If chat scrolls too fast, scroll up before clicking — the buttons stay attached to their original output lines.

Avoiding Mix-Ups

Because every copied string looks similar, the biggest risk is pasting the wrong entity's data into the wrong place. Label each paste as you go rather than copying everything first and sorting it later. If you lose track, clear the chat and re-run the commands one at a time. The mod does not change how commands behave — it only adds the copy step — so your existing command habits still apply.
