Upgrading Your Storage Room with 3D Bookshelves and Lanterns

Bookshelves

Nautilus3D gives Bookshelf a 3D model with higher-resolution book spines, so a library wall reads as individual volumes rather than a repeating pattern. Place bookshelves in rows and vary the wall height to break up tiling. Because the model has depth, shelves set into a wall recess look best when the surrounding blocks are one layer forward, framing them.

Enchanting setups still work exactly as before — the pack only changes appearance, not mechanics. Keep the standard ring of shelves around your enchanting table and the new textures will make the room feel finished.

Lanterns and lighting

Lanterns also get a 3D treatment. Hang them from chains over a counter or along a corridor, and place them on top of fences for path lighting. The new model has more visible frame detail, so lanterns look good in clusters of two or three at different heights.

Redstone Lamps are retextured too, which pairs well with a storage room: wire lamps to a lever so you can light the room only when you are sorting. Flower Pots round out the decorative set — put them on windowsills and shelf edges to add small 3D props between your chests and barrels.
