Native Vein Stripper Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I open the mod settings?
Press Esc to open the pause menu, then click the Iron pickaxe icon next to the advancements button. This opens the Native Vein Stripper settings window where you can adjust all your preferences.
What's the difference between MineAll, CutAll, and DigAll?
MineAll chain-harvests matching ores (like all stone ore blocks connected to the one you break), CutAll fells entire trees or nether fungi in one go, and DigAll clears large patches of dirt, sand, or gravel. Each mode targets different block types.
How do I stop the mod from breaking my player-placed blocks?
Enable Build Protection in the settings menu—the mod tracks blocks you place by hand and automatically skips them during bulk harvesting. You can also manually add or remove blocks from the protection list through the pause menu GUI.
Can I set the mod to activate only when I sneak?
Yes. Open the settings menu and select your preferred activation mode—options include hold, toggle, always on, or sneak-invert. Sneak-invert means you harvest in bulk only while sneaking.
Does the mod automatically replant trees after I cut them?
Only if you enable auto-replanting in the settings. When turned on, saplings drop on the ground after a tree falls; you can toggle this feature using the `/cmsall replant` command or through the pause menu.
Will this mod lag my server?
No—the mod splits large block chains across multiple ticks to keep server performance smooth, and it works cleanly alongside land claim and area protection systems without causing performance issues.
How do I add modded blocks to the harvesting lists?
Open the settings menu and navigate to the harvesting block lists tab. You can search for modded blocks and bulk add them, or use the `/cmsall ` command to add or remove items from harvest lists.
Can the mod break my tools?
No—the mod protects your tools by stopping the harvest before your pickaxe or axe runs out of durability, so you'll never accidentally break a tool mid-harvest.
What blocks does the mod protect by default?
Spawners and End portal frames are protected through a built-in denylist and won't break during bulk harvesting, even if you target them.
Where do harvested items go?
You can choose in the settings whether drops gather at the broken block or go directly into your inventory—this is configurable through the server settings screen.
