Understanding the Skill System

Pets in MyPet can be trained in various skill categories that determine their effectiveness in different roles. Common skill trees include combat skills (for fighting), farming skills (for resource gathering), and utility skills (for support functions). Each skill can be leveled independently as your pet gains experience.

Leveling Skills Through Activity

Pets develop skills naturally by performing related actions. A pet gains combat experience by fighting mobs alongside you, farming skills by harvesting crops, and utility skills through other interactions. The more your pet engages in an activity, the faster that specific skill develops.

Checking and Optimizing Skills

Use pet commands to view your pet's current skill levels and available abilities. As skills level up, your pet unlocks new passive bonuses and active abilities you can trigger during gameplay. Plan your pet's development based on your playstyle—focus on combat skills for a fighter pet, or farming skills for a resource-gathering companion.
