Finding and Taming a Pet

MyPet allows you to tame a wide variety of mobs that aren't normally tamable in vanilla Minecraft. Start by finding a mob you want as a pet—this can be anything from common animals to hostile mobs, depending on your server's configuration.

To tame a pet, you'll need the appropriate taming item for that mob type. Hold the correct item and right-click on your target mob. A successful tame will show a visual indicator, and the mob will now follow you as your pet.

Managing Your New Pet

Once tamed, your pet gains a name and becomes bound to you. You can interact with your pet using commands to:

• Call your pet to your location
• Send it away to rest
• Check its current stats and level
• Access its inventory for item storage

Your pet will gain experience through activities like combat and following you around. As it levels up, its stats improve and new abilities become available. Keep your pet well-fed and healthy by ensuring it has access to appropriate food items for its type.
