Set Up Separate Nether Dimensions for Multiple Worlds

Creating Independent Nether Worlds

Multiverse Netherportals automatically creates separate Nether dimensions for each of your normal worlds, preventing portal conflicts.

Automatic Setup

1. Create or load your normal worlds on the server

2. The plugin will automatically detect worlds with matching names (like world and world_nether)

3. These worlds are now linked—portals in world lead only to world_nether

4. Build portals normally; they'll route to the correct Nether automatically

Manual World Pairing

If your worlds don't follow the naming pattern:

1. Use the plugin configuration to manually pair your normal world with its Nether counterpart

2. Specify which Nether world corresponds to which normal world

3. Save the configuration and reload if needed

This setup ensures players exploring multiple worlds on your server won't accidentally end up in the wrong dimension, keeping your world progression organized and preventing confusion.
