Clearing a Tower Safely for Beginners

Preparation Before Entry

Bring iron-tier gear or better before attempting a tower. Pack food for healing, a sword for combat, and a pickaxe to break through blocks if needed. Bring torches to light your path and prevent mob spawning as you progress upward.

Room-by-Room Strategy

• Enter cautiously and light up each floor as you go
• Watch for spawners—these generate mobs continuously, so mark them and avoid lingering nearby
• Clear mobs before looting chests to avoid being caught off-guard
• Use the tower's narrow corridors to your advantage; mobs can't surround you easily
• If overwhelmed, retreat downstairs and regroup

Loot Collection

Chests contain food, redstone, iron, gold, and occasionally rare items like enchanted books or golden apples. Take what you need but don't overload yourself. If you find diamonds or enchanted gear, prioritize those. Return to base to drop off valuable items before continuing deeper into the tower.
