Understanding Track Integration

The mod's metro system uses dedicated rail infrastructure. To connect custom tracks, you'll need to understand how the existing network's track system works and where connection points are available.

Connection Process

1. Locate existing track ends or junction points on the main network

2. Plan your route from the connection point to your destination

3. Lay rails using the same track type as the main network (this ensures train compatibility)

4. Align track height and direction carefully—trains won't navigate misaligned junctions

5. Test with a train to verify the connection works and trains can navigate the new section

6. Add signals or switches if your mod version supports them for traffic control

Important Notes

Not all mod versions allow custom track placement—check if your world permits rail editing. If trains don't recognize your tracks, verify you're using the correct rail block type. Build gradually and test frequently to catch alignment issues early.
