How to Set Up a Bathroom with Baths, Basins, and Toilets

Placing the bath

Craft a Bath from your chosen wood planks. Place it against a wall or in a corner — it occupies a block space and is meant to be walked up to rather than sat in like a chair. Right-click the bath to interact. Basins are smaller and sit on the floor or on top of a block; they work as a sink-like fixture for washing up.

Toilets and privacy

Place a Toilet on a solid floor block. Right-click to sit on it like a chair; sneak to get off. Toilets are purely decorative and functional as seating, so tuck them into a small room with a door for a believable bathroom. Pair a toilet with a basin nearby for a complete set.

Tying the room together

Use Lattice Fences and Lattice Fence Gates to section off a bathroom area or build a privacy screen. Hedges (including Azalea Hedge) work as decorative greenery in the corner. Keep the wood variant consistent with the rest of your house so the bathroom matches the kitchen and bedroom. Add a Ceiling Fan overhead for a finishing touch.
