The Boat Won't Pick Up

If Shift + right-click does nothing, check a few things. Make sure you are actually looking at the boat, not through it or at a block behind it. Stand closer. Also confirm you are not already carrying a boat — the mod only holds one at a time, so a second pickup silently fails until you place the first.

The Boat Places in the Wrong Spot

Placement follows where the boat hovers in front of you, which is tied to your camera angle. If it lands somewhere odd, look more directly at the target and try again. Standing farther back gives you a better view of the hover position, which makes aiming easier near water edges.

The Boat Disappears or Duplicates

This usually means the pickup or placement did not register cleanly. Try picking the boat up again and placing it once more. Avoid spamming right-click, since rapid inputs can confuse the state. If a boat seems lost, check the spot you last carried it to — it may have been placed without you noticing.
