Move Items Between Inventories Using Your Mouse Wheel

Scrolling to Transfer Items One at a Time

Wheel Tweak lets you use your mouse scroll wheel to move items between your inventory and containers like chests, furnaces, or hoppers.

Steps:

1. Confirm WheelTweak=1 is enabled in your config

2. Position your mouse over an item stack in either inventory

3. Scroll down to move items out of that stack one by one

4. Scroll up to pull items into that stack from another inventory

Controlling the Search Order

When scrolling up to pull items in, the mod searches for matching items based on your WheelSearchOrder setting. This determines which inventory slots are checked first when gathering items to move.

Practical Uses

This is ideal for:

• Slowly transferring items without committing entire stacks
• Fine-tuning quantities when filling containers
• Moving items without opening multiple inventory screens
• Quickly moving stacks by combining scroll wheel with Shift (if enabled)

The wheel mechanic is faster than clicking individual items and more controlled than shift-clicking entire stacks.
