Emergency teleport while mounted

When you're in danger while riding a mount, throwing an ender pearl lets you escape quickly—and now your mount escapes with you.

Combat escape

1. While riding your mount, hold an ender pearl

2. Throw it toward a safe location

3. Both you and your mount teleport away from danger

4. You take fall damage as normal, but your mount is preserved

Advantages

• Faster than trying to dismount and run
• Your mount doesn't get left behind in a dangerous area
• Works in caves, combat situations, or when surrounded
• Useful for retreating from hostile mobs or players

Limitations

• You still take damage from the pearl teleport
• You need ender pearls in your inventory
• The teleport distance is the same as a normal pearl throw
• Your mount can still take damage before you escape
