The Mossheart is the final major landmark—a giant floating ring structure located at the very bottom of the map's underground system. To reach it, you must navigate through all bunker levels and the Moss Megastructure. This is the infection's origin point and the source of the strange moss covering the entire city.

Observing the Mossheart

When you arrive, you'll see the massive floating ring structure. This is where the teleportation experiment catastrophically failed, creating the entity known as The Cenotaph. The Mossheart pulses with the same energy as the floating sculk blocks scattered across the city above.

Making Your Final Choice

Reaching the Mossheart triggers the map's ending sequence. You can choose to enter a portal to confront the final boss, or walk away and leave the city. Your decision determines which ending you experience. This choice is only meaningful after you've explored enough to understand what happened to Mosslorn.
