How do I know if ModernFix-mVUS is actually doing anything?

Do I need to configure ModernFix-mVUS or does it work out of the box?

Why does ModernFix-mVUS stop releasing updates for some Minecraft versions?
The fork only publishes builds for versions the official ModernFix doesn't cover. Once official ModernFix supports a version, this fork drops it and you should switch to the official release for that version.
Can I use ModernFix-mVUS together with the official ModernFix?
No, you should only run one of them at a time since they patch the same parts of the game and will conflict. Pick whichever one supports your Minecraft version.
