How to Make the World Creation Menu Look Like Bedrock Edition
Getting the Bedrock-Style Layout
Modern World Creation is a client-side mod, so you do not need to install anything on a server. Once it is in your mods folder and the game has launched at least once, the mod generates its config file. Open the world creation screen from the main menu and you should already see the restyled layout: the game mode buttons, the header, and the footer are all reorganized to match the modern Bedrock Edition presentation.
Fine-Tuning the Look
If the default result is not close enough to Bedrock for you, you can push it further through the config file:
1. Close Minecraft completely.
2. Open .minecraft/config/modernworldcreation/config.cfg in a plain text editor.
3. Look for the toggles that control the bold menu title, the dark menu header, and the footer, and set them to match the Bedrock look you want.
4. Adjust the game mode button border thickness and border color entries so the buttons read the way they do on Bedrock.
5. Save the file and relaunch the game.
A restart is required — the mod reads the config only at startup, so editing it while the game is running will not change anything on screen. If a change does not appear, verify you edited the file in the config/modernworldcreation folder and not a copy elsewhere.
