How to Make the Plaques Bigger or Smaller
Adjusting Plaque Scale
Mob Plaques renders very small displays by design, but if you play on a large monitor or with a high GUI scale, the text can be hard to read. Open the mod's config and look for a scale, size, or render scale option. Increasing this value makes the health numbers, armor icons, and air bubbles larger relative to the mob. Decreasing it makes them more subtle. Changes usually apply the moment you save the config, so you can tweak the number and immediately look at a nearby mob to judge the result.
Positioning Above the Name Tag
The plaque sits above the name tag by default. Some config versions expose a vertical offset or Y-offset value that controls how far above the name tag the plaque floats. If plaques overlap with the name tag text or with other mobs' plaques in a crowd, nudge the offset upward. If they float too high and look disconnected, lower the offset. Test with a named mob so you can see both the name tag and the plaque together.
Dealing with Shader Conflicts
If you use BSL Shaders, the plaques may render oddly or not at all. Try disabling the shader temporarily to confirm the mod works, then check whether your shader pack has an option for entity name tag rendering. Some players find that switching to a different shader or turning off specific name tag effects in the shader settings restores the plaques. If nothing works, the conflict is on the shader side, not the mod config.
