How to Stop Creepers From Spawning Around Your Base
Create a deny rule for creepers
Open the mod's config file (mobfilter.yml or mobfilter.json5, depending on which format your instance uses) in a text editor. You'll add a new rule that targets the creeper mob type and denies its spawn. Rules in Mob Filter are matched by mob type, so the entity name you use should match the creeper's registry name.
A typical deny rule looks like a small block with a mob/entity field set to the creeper and an action set to deny. If your config uses a list of rules, append a new entry rather than overwriting existing ones. Save the file after editing.
Reload and verify
Run the mod's reload command (the mod exposes a command under /mobfilter) so the new rule takes effect without restarting the game. Then walk around your base at night and watch for creepers. If any still appear, check that your rule's mob name is spelled exactly as the mod expects and that no earlier allow rule is overriding it.
To limit the effect to just your base instead of the whole world, add a coordinate or radius condition to the same rule so it only applies within the area you care about. This keeps creepers spawning normally elsewhere while making your base safe.
