Create Your First Custom Hat

Get a Carved Pumpkin

Start by finding or crafting a carved pumpkin. You can obtain one by finding it in villages or by crafting a pumpkin with shears to carve it yourself.

Rename It at an Anvil

1. Place your carved pumpkin in an anvil

2. In the anvil's rename field, type the exact hat name you want (for example: Armorer_Hat, Farmer_Hat, or Desert_Hat)

3. Confirm the rename and take the pumpkin

4. The pumpkin will now display the custom hat texture

Wear Your Hat

Place the renamed carved pumpkin in your helmet slot. Your character will now display the custom hat instead of the standard pumpkin appearance. The hat will match the rustic Mizuno's texture style and stay on your head until you remove it.

Hat Name Reference

Use exact names like Butcher_Hat, Cleric_Hat, Librarian_Hat, Cartographer_Hat, Toolsmith_Hat, Weaponsmith_Hat, Leatherworker_Hat, Shepherd_Hat, Fisherman_Hat, Mason_Hat, Fletcher_Hat, or biome variants like Jungle_Hat, Snow_Hat, Plains_Hat, Savanna_Hat, Swamp_Hat, and Taiga_Hat.
