Use Mini Blocks for Better Building Sight

Clearer View While Building

When holding blocks for placement, the vanilla hand model can obscure your target location and surrounding terrain. Mini Stuff Resource Pack scales down held blocks so you can see exactly where you're building.

Building with Improved Visibility

1. Select a block from your inventory (dirt, stone, wood, etc.)

2. Hold it in your hand and look at the area where you want to build

3. Notice how the block outline and surrounding terrain are now more visible

4. Place blocks freely without the large item model blocking your view

5. Switch between different block types to confirm all materials are scaled consistently

Practical Applications

This is especially useful for:

  • Precise placement in tight spaces or detailed builds
  • Terraforming where you need to see the landscape clearly
  • Building on smaller screens where every pixel of visibility counts
  • Working at height where depth perception matters

The reduced visual clutter makes it easier to align blocks, judge distances, and maintain your building rhythm without constantly moving your camera to peek around the held block.
