Move a Spawner to Your Mob Farm

Preparing Your Farm Location

Design your mob grinder or farm structure first. Decide exactly where the spawner should be positioned for optimal mob spawning and collection. Ensure the area is well-lit or prepared according to your farm's design.

Placing the Spawner

With a collected spawner in your inventory, right-click on the block where you want to place it. The spawner will be set in that location and become active, beginning to spawn mobs according to its original type.

Positioning Considerations

Spawners have specific spawn radius and height requirements. Place the spawner in a central location within your farm to maximize mob generation. Ensure there's adequate space above and around it for mobs to spawn properly.

Activating Your Farm

Once placed, the spawner will function like any vanilla spawner. Mobs will spawn in darkness or low-light conditions. Add collection mechanisms like water channels, hoppers, or fall damage to complete your grinder setup.
