How to Keep the Memory Readout Visible Without Cluttering Your Screen

The Advantage of the Title Bar

The main appeal of this mod is that memory information lives in the window title bar instead of on the HUD. That means you get a permanent, always-on readout without covering any part of the game world, and without needing to hold down the debug key.

Making the Most of It

  • Fullscreen play: If you play in fullscreen, the title bar is hidden. Switch to windowed mode when you want to monitor memory, or check the readout before going fullscreen.
  • Multiple monitors: Keep Minecraft windowed on one screen and your browser or notes on another, so the title bar stays visible while you work.
  • Streaming and recording: The title bar readout is captured in window captures but not in fullscreen game captures, so it will not appear in your recordings unless you capture the window itself.

Reducing Other Overlays

Since the mod already shows memory, you can disable memory-related lines in the F3 debug screen or turn off HUD mods that duplicate the same information. This keeps your screen clean while still giving you the numbers you care about.

Quick Checks

Glance at the title bar when you enter a new dimension, after a long AFK session, or right before a boss fight. These are the moments when memory pressure is most likely to affect performance, and the readout is right there without any extra input.
