Use Lock-On Assist for Consistent Aiming

Enable Lock-On Assist

Navigate to the MaceCore settings and find the Lock-On Assist or Aim Assist section. Toggle it on. This feature provides a soft, configurable aim assist that helps you track opponents without feeling like aimbot.

Understand the Soft Lock Behavior

Unlike hard locks, soft lock-on gently pulls your crosshair toward the target rather than snapping to them. This keeps your aim feeling natural while reducing the precision required for consistent hits.

Adjust Assist Strength

Locate the sensitivity or strength slider for lock-on assist. Lower values provide subtle help; higher values offer more aggressive tracking. Start at a moderate level and adjust based on your comfort and the difficulty of your opponents.

Configure Range and Conditions

Set the maximum distance at which lock-on activates, and choose whether it works only when you're aiming near a target or applies more broadly. Tighter ranges make the assist less obvious.

Test Against Moving Targets

Practice in PvP scenarios where opponents are moving unpredictably. The lock-on should help you stay on target without feeling like you're not in control. Disable it temporarily if you want to verify your raw aim.
