How to Wrap and Place Presents with Macaw's Holidays

Choosing a Present

Macaw's Holidays adds presents in several sizes and colors. There are Big presents (Big Red Present, Big Blue Present, Big Green Present, Big Cyan Present, Big Magenta Present, Big Purple Present, Big Dark Blue Present, Big Yellow Present) and smaller standard presents such as the Blue Present. Big presents take up more space and read as statement props, while the smaller ones work well clustered together.

Arranging a Gift Pile

Place presents on the floor around the base of your Christmas tree or beside a fireplace. Because each present is its own block, you can rotate and stack them to build a natural-looking pile. Mix colors so the arrangement does not look uniform — alternate warm and cool tones like red, green, blue, and yellow. Leave a walkable gap so players can still move through the room.

Practical Notes

• Presents are decorative blocks; they are not containers, so do not expect to store items inside them.
• Use Big presents as the anchor of a pile and tuck smaller presents around the edges.
• Combine presents with doormats and wall decorations to tie a room's theme together.
• If a present looks like it is floating, check that the block beneath it is solid.
