Adjust Cloud Density and Appearance
Access Shader Settings
Open the shader options menu by pressing Right Shift + R (or your configured key) while in-game, then navigate to Luminara Rebuilt settings.
Customize Cloud Behavior
Look for cloud-related sliders in the Sky or Atmosphere section. You can adjust:
- Cloud Coverage: Controls how much of the sky clouds fill. Lower values create sparse, wispy clouds; higher values produce dense cloud layers.
- Cloud Height: Moves clouds closer or further from your viewpoint.
- Cloud Speed: Adjusts how quickly clouds drift across the sky.
- Cloud Softness: Blurs cloud edges for a dreamier effect or sharpens them for defined shapes.
Apply and Preview
Changes apply in real-time. Move to an open area with a clear sky view to see the full effect. Experiment with different times of day—clouds look dramatically different under sunrise, noon, and moonlight.
If clouds look too heavy or too faint for your preference, start by adjusting coverage first, then fine-tune softness and height.
