Equip and Customize Your Mob's Gear

Open the Gear Management Interface

Access your tamed mob's equipment screen. The mod provides custom gear slots designed specifically for mobs, separate from your own inventory.

Equip Weapons and Shields

Place swords, axes, bows, or other weapons into your mob's weapon slot. Add a shield for defense. Your companion will automatically use equipped weapons in combat, dealing real damage to enemies.

Add Armor Sets

Equip full armor sets (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots) onto your ally. Armor reduces incoming damage and improves survivability. Better-tier armor (iron, diamond, netherite) makes your squad significantly tougher.

Experiment with Loadouts

Different mobs benefit from different gear. A skeleton with a bow excels at range; a zombie with heavy armor works as a tank. Swap gear between mobs as needed for different encounters. Your squad's effectiveness scales directly with the quality and type of equipment you provide.
