Loyal Items Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I turn on item protection feedback?
Run the command `/tag @s add get_feedback` in chat. After this, you'll receive messages telling you how many items were protected from despawning each time you die.
Do protected items stay forever or do they eventually disappear?
Protected items remain indefinitely until you pick them up yourself. They will not despawn on their own, no matter how much time passes.
How long do I have to get back to my items after dying?
There is no time limit—your items are protected from the moment you die and will wait for you indefinitely.
Does this mod work on multiplayer servers?
Yes, Loyal Items Mod works on multiplayer servers and protects each player's items individually after their death.
Will this mod slow down my game?
No, this mod has no performance impact because it contains no ticking or loading functions that run during gameplay.
What happens to my items if I uninstall the mod?

Can I turn off item protection for specific deaths?

Does this mod protect items dropped by other players?
No, the mod only protects items that belonged to you when you died—items dropped by other players follow normal despawn rules.
Can I use this mod with other mods that affect item despawning?
Loyal Items Mod is designed to be lightweight and compatible, but conflicts may occur with mods that heavily modify item entity behavior; test your mod combination if you experience issues.
