Create and Manage Player Accounts

Creating a New Account

As a server administrator, you can create accounts for players before they join, or players can create their own accounts once on the server.

To create an account from the console or with admin rank, use:

/pass create <username> <password>

`

Replace <username> with the account name and <password> with a secure password. The password must meet your server's minimum length requirement, which you can configure.

Resetting and Deleting Accounts

If a player forgets their password, reset it with:

/pass reset <username> <newPassword>

`

To permanently remove an account:

`

/pass delete <username>

`

Security Notes

• Passwords are stored securely using hashing and random salts
• Never share account credentials in chat—they're hidden from logs
• Encourage players to use unique passwords
• Regularly audit inactive accounts
