Mine an Entire Ore Vein at Once

Activate Liteminer on Your Target Ore

Look directly at any ore block you want to mine. Press the Tilde/Grave key (`) to activate Liteminer. The mod will automatically detect all connected blocks of the same type and display an outline showing exactly which blocks will be broken.

Confirm and Mine

Once the outline appears, left-click to mine the entire vein in one action. All connected ore blocks of that type will be collected into your inventory at once, rather than breaking them one by one.

Tips for Efficiency

• Use Shapeless mode for natural ore veins, as they rarely form perfect geometric patterns
• Switch shapes if needed by pressing the Liteminer key and scrolling your mouse wheel to find a better fit
• The outline preview lets you see exactly what will break before you commit—useful for avoiding accidental destruction of nearby blocks
• Works on all ore types: coal, iron, diamond, copper, and modded ores
• The vein detection respects block connectivity, so only truly connected blocks are included
