Configure Multiple Translation Engines and API Keys

Selecting Your Translation Provider

The mod supports both free and AI-powered translation engines:

1. Press Z or enter /translate

2. Open the Translation Engine Settings

3. Choose between Google Translate (no setup required) or AI models (requires API key)

Adding AI Model API Keys

To use advanced AI translation:

1. In the /translate menu, navigate to API Configuration

2. Select the AI engine you want to use

3. Enter your API key in the provided field

4. Save and test the connection

The mod supports multiple major AI models—configure as many as you like.

Automatic Fallback System

If your primary translation provider hits rate limits or goes offline, the mod automatically switches to your secondary engine. This ensures translations keep working even during high-traffic periods.

Clearing Translation Cache

To free up space or reset saved translations, enter /translate DeleteDict to clear your translation history and dictionary cache.
