Limp Body Overhaul Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

Do I need to install anything else for this mod to work?
This mod patches Sable Player Ragdoll and Ragdoll Corpse, so you need those mods installed first. Once you have the base ragdoll mods, Limp Body Overhaul will automatically apply its fixes.
Why are my ragdoll's arms huge or deformed?
Custom player texture packs can cause arm sizing issues in ragdolls. This mod corrects those model distortions automatically—if you're still seeing problems, try disabling conflicting texture packs or checking mod load order.
How do I open a corpse's inventory without opening chests nearby?
Right-click directly on the middle torso of the corpse to open its inventory. This mod prevents bodies from accidentally triggering nearby containers, so you can safely grab and drag bodies without worrying about opening chests or furnaces.
Can I pick up bodies without them opening containers?
Yes—this mod disables container interaction while you're dragging a corpse, so grabbing a body won't open chests, furnaces, or other blocks it touches.
Why do accessories from Curios mod look wrong on corpses?
The mod fixes display bugs that cause Curios accessories to render incorrectly on ragdolls. If accessories still look misaligned, check that both Curios and this mod are up to date.
Do corpses block my movement or get in the way?
Body collision is disabled by default in this mod, so you won't get stuck on corpses when moving around. You can still grab and drag them normally.
Will this mod work with other ragdoll or body mods?
This mod is specifically designed to patch Sable Player Ragdoll and Ragdoll Corpse. Compatibility with other ragdoll mods depends on whether they use the same base systems—check mod descriptions or community reports for conflicts.
Can I still drag bodies through doorways?
Yes—this mod prevents ragdolls from interacting with doors while you're dragging them, so doors won't open or close as you pull bodies through.
Why does my character's second skin layer disappear on corpses?
This mod preserves the hidden second skin layer on ragdolls, so it should remain visible. If it's missing, check your player skin settings or texture pack compatibility.
Do corpses receive light properly now?
Yes—this mod adds proper light reception to corpses so they're lit correctly by your surroundings instead of appearing dark or glitchy.
