Limitless Structure Blocks Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I get started with the Limitless Structure Blocks Mod?
Just place a structure block like you normally would and open its interface — the mod works automatically in the background. You don't need to craft or enable anything special; the size limits are simply gone.
Why does my structure block not update when I change the mode?
This is a known bug in the mod. After switching the mode, change it a second time and it will register correctly. It's annoying but harmless.
How big can my structure actually be now?
There's no hard cap imposed by the mod, but the corner search range is limited to 256 blocks. Going beyond that makes the search very expensive, so keep your selection within that range for reliable results.
How do I save a build that's bigger than the vanilla limit?
Set your corner positions as usual and save — the mod removes the size restriction, so the template will write at whatever size you've selected. Just make sure both corners are within the extended search range.
How do I include Chisel & Bits blocks in a structure block template?
The mod automatically tells Chisel & Bits to use its string save format when writing to structure templates. Just place your C&B blocks inside the selection and save normally — they'll be preserved.
Why are my Chisel & Bits blocks disappearing from the saved template?
Make sure you're saving through the structure block with the mod active, not copying blocks another way. The mod handles the conversion automatically; if blocks are missing, try re-saving after changing the mode twice to force a refresh.
How does corner detection work for very large areas?
The mod increases the corner search range to 256 blocks, so you can detect corners further apart than vanilla allows. Place your corner blocks and let the structure block scan — anything beyond that range will fail or be very slow.
Why is corner detection so slow on huge builds?
The search gets very expensive the further apart your corners are, especially near the 256-block limit. Try to keep selections reasonably tight, or split very large builds into multiple templates.
Does this mod work with other structure-related mods?
It's designed to extend vanilla structure blocks and Chisel & Bits specifically. Other mods that add their own structure systems won't be affected, and conflicts are possible if they also modify structure block behavior.
Will huge structure blocks cause lag or crash my game?
Very large selections can cause noticeable lag during corner detection and saving, since the search is expensive. Keep an eye on performance and avoid pushing the corner range to its maximum on low-end machines.
