Leaves Be Gone Mod Guide

How Leaves Be Gone Works

Leaves Be Gone makes tree leaves vanish as soon as you break the last log block of a tree. Instead of leaving a floating canopy behind, the leaves are removed right away, so you can collect their drops immediately without waiting or climbing.

The mod hooks into specific game functions rather than constantly scanning for leaf and wood blocks. This means it does its work without adding ongoing load, which is helpful on weaker PCs and when felling massive trees.

You can customize how quickly the leaves disappear, so the effect can be instant or paced to your preference.

Because it works with anything registered as minecraft:leaves, it stays compatible with other mods that add or change tree leaves. Just chop the final log and the canopy clears itself.
