How to Prevent Unwanted Leashing on Your Server

Disabling the Mod

If you want to prevent players from leashing each other entirely, use the game rule system to disable the feature server-wide.

Using Game Rules

1. Access your server's game rules configuration

2. Find the leashing enable/disable setting

3. Set it to false or disabled (exact syntax depends on your server setup)

4. Restart or reload the server to apply changes

Alternative: Adjusting Restrictions

If you want to keep the mod active but limit its impact, reduce the pulling distance to make leashing less effective, or increase the break distance so players can escape more easily.

Permissions (If Supported)

Some server setups may allow permission-based control, letting only certain players (like admins) use leashes on others. Check your mod's documentation for permission node details if this feature is available.
