Understanding Land Economics

The Land Developer Mod integrates with FSMM currency, allowing you to buy unclaimed plots and sell your territory to other players.

Before Trading:

1. Check current plot prices and fees with /ld fees

2. Verify your account has sufficient currency to purchase new chunks

3. Review which chunks are for sale by opening /ck on unclaimed territory

Selling and Trading Territory

To sell chunks or entire districts, use the district or chunk menu to list them for trade. Other players can view available plots through their own /ck interface and make offers.

Key considerations:

• Upkeep fees are deducted regularly, so budget accordingly
• Selling land transfers ownership and removes your protection
• Trading between groups requires both parties to agree through the mod's interface
• Prices vary by location and demand—negotiate fairly with other players

Use /mun to view your municipality's financial status and plan expansions or sales strategically.
