Organize Script Dependencies Between Multiple Packs

Understanding Dependency Order

When you have multiple content packs, KubeLoader automatically organizes the order in which scripts load. This ensures that packs with dependencies on other packs load after their requirements are met. The mod handles this automatically, so you don't need to manually configure load order in most cases.

Naming Conventions for Clarity

Use clear, descriptive names for your packs to make dependencies obvious. For example, if Pack B requires features from Pack A, name them accordingly. This helps both you and other creators understand the relationship between packs at a glance.

Testing Multiple Packs Together

Place all your content pack folders or JAR files in the game directory, then launch. Use /kl pack to verify that all packs load and that the dependency chain is correct. If a pack fails to load, check for circular dependencies or missing required packs. The mod's automatic organization should resolve most issues, but reviewing the chat output helps identify any problems with how packs interact.
