How to Disable Effect Sharing

Accessing the Configuration

The Kiss a Friend Mod stores its settings in a configuration file located at config/kiss-a-friend.toml. You'll need to edit this file with a text editor.

Steps to Turn Off Effect Sharing

1. Locate the config file — Navigate to your Minecraft instance folder, then open the config directory.

2. Open kiss-a-friend.toml — Right-click the file and open it with a text editor (Notepad, VS Code, etc.).

3. Find the effect sharing setting — Look for the option related to effect sharing or Estrogen mod integration.

4. Disable the feature — Change the setting to false or off depending on how it's written in your version.

5. Save and restart — Save the file and restart your game or server for changes to take effect.

Result

After disabling, kissing will still work normally, but the Girl Power effect will no longer transfer between players.
