How do I get my first spell?

Do I need Epic Fight to use counter attacks?
No, but counter attacks work much better with the Epic Fight addon installed. Without it, you can still block and guard, but you won't access the special counter moves like Counter Hammer and Counter Rush.
How do shotlocks work and when should I use them?
Shotlocks let you lock onto and target multiple enemies at once for a powerful combined attack. Use them when facing groups of enemies or tough single targets to maximize damage output.
Can I use time and space magic to escape combat?
Yes—space magic lets you warp around the map for quick repositioning or escape, while time magic slows down targets to give you breathing room. Both are useful for tactical retreats or repositioning during fights.
What does Auto-Life do and how often can I use it?
Auto-Life automatically revives you when you die, preventing you from losing progress in dangerous battles. Check your panel for cooldown information and whether you need to recast it after each use.
Why isn't my magic damage high enough?
Make sure you've equipped Light or Darkness boost abilities in your panel—these directly increase your spell damage. Also check that your spells are leveled up and that you're using the right spell type for each enemy (some enemies resist certain magic).
Can I use this mod with other magic mods?
Kingdom Keys Re Mind is designed to work alongside Epic Fight, but compatibility with other magic mods depends on whether they conflict with Keyblade mechanics or the panel system. Test in a new world if you're unsure.
