Customize Waystone Appearance with Themed Base Blocks

Decide on an aesthetic for your waystone network. Nether Bricks suit nether hubs, Copper Blocks create industrial or steampunk vibes, Mossy Stone Bricks fit overgrown ruins, Prismarine Bricks work for underwater bases, and Quartz Blocks give a clean, modern look.

Craft Multiple Waystones

Gather the required materials (Lodestone, Amethyst Shards, Eye of Ender) and craft separate waystones for each location. The base block material you choose during crafting determines the statue's appearance.

Rename Before Placing

Rename each waystone in an anvil with a location name that matches your theme—for example, "Nether Fortress Hub" or "Ocean Base Alpha."

Layer Decorative Blocks

Place your themed base block underneath the statue, then add additional decorative blocks around it to enhance the look. Stack Nether Bricks for a fortress feel, arrange Copper for machinery, or build Prismarine structures for underwater bases.
