Doggy Talents Next pets can have multiple modes and equipment. Jade Modded Entities displays this information in a single tooltip.

Steps

1. Look at your tamed dog

2. Check the tooltip for:

• Currently active mode (attack, follow, stay, etc.)
• Any equipped items or cosmetics
• Mode-specific bonuses or restrictions

Managing Multiple Pets

When you have several dogs with different roles, you can quickly verify:

• Which dog is set to which mode without opening menus
• Whether special equipment is still equipped
• If a pet needs mode adjustment for your current activity

This is especially helpful during combat or exploration when you need to confirm your pets are configured correctly without stopping to access inventory or pet menus. The tooltip provides everything at a glance.
