Use Custom Rarity Colors from Script Add-ons
What Custom Rarity Support Means
Item Overlay Border Mod works with script add-ons like RarityJS that define custom rarity tiers and colors. If you've installed a script mod that adds new rarity levels, the border mod will automatically detect and use those custom colors.
How It Works
You don't need to manually configure anything. Once a script add-on defines a new rarity with a color value, Item Overlay Border Mod reads that information and applies the matching colored border to items of that rarity. The mod requires no setup—it pulls rarity data directly from your installed scripts.
No Manual Lists Required
Unlike some overlay mods, you won't need to create item lists or edit color codes yourself. The mod integrates seamlessly with script-based rarity systems, making it compatible with modpacks that use custom progression or loot frameworks.
If borders don't appear for custom rarities, verify that your script add-on is installed correctly and that the rarity definitions include color values.
