Craft Your First Firearm at the Gun Smithing Table

Locate or Build a Gun Smithing Table

The Gun Smithing Table is your central crafting station for all firearms. Find it in the creative inventory or craft it using industrial materials like steel and aluminum. Place it in your base where you have room to work.

Gather Industrial Materials

Before crafting, you'll need to mine or process:

• Steel – smelt iron ore in a furnace or obtain from ore deposits
• Copper – mine copper ore and smelt it
• Aluminum – extract from bauxite or aluminum ore
• Polymers – craft from organic materials or find in loot

Assemble Your Gun

Open the Gun Smithing Table and select a firearm blueprint. The interface shows required components:

• Barrel (determines accuracy and range)
• Receiver (the gun's frame)
• Stock (affects handling)
• Firing mechanism (controls fire rate)

Place each component in the correct slot. Once all parts are installed, the gun assembles automatically. Your new firearm appears in your inventory ready to use.

Test and Customize

Equip your gun and check its stats. You can return to the table later to swap components and optimize performance for your playstyle.
