Iron Man Neo FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I get my first armor suit?
Craft an arc reactor and armor control chip, then equip both in your gear slots. Press B to deploy the suit onto your body, or hold B to open the radial wheel and summon individual armor pieces.
What do I need to fly?
Double-tap your jump key while wearing an equipped suit to take off. Your suit must have sufficient energy in its power cells to maintain flight; you'll see your energy level on the JARVIS HUD.
How do I switch between weapons?
Press R to enter attack mode, then press C to cycle through available weapons like repulsors and energy blades, or press U to fire the Unibeam directly from your chest plate.
My armor is cracked and I'm losing power—how do I fix it?
Find or build a Stark Suit Repair Station, stand near it, and hold Z to open the repair wheel. You'll need nanoparticles and energy cells to restore damaged armor plating and refill your power reserves.
How does the autopilot work?
Press J to open the coordinate input screen, type your destination coordinates, and JARVIS will automatically pilot your suit to that location. You must have enough energy for the journey.
What are E.D.I.T.H. Sunglasses for?
Equip them to gain night vision, detect hostile mobs at range, and scan distant threats through your HUD. Hold V to activate the analysis mode and identify enemies from far away.
Can I take off individual armor pieces in combat?
Yes—hold B to open the radial wheel and deselect specific armor parts, or press M to flip your helmet visor open. Individual pieces absorb damage separately, so losing one part doesn't disable your entire suit.
What are Extremis power injectors and how do I use them?
Extremis injectors are consumable items that grant temporary buffs including health regeneration, fire resistance, and superheated melee strikes. Use them from your inventory when you need an edge in tough fights.
Do friendly Tony Stark NPCs actually help me fight?
Yes—Stark NPCs will deploy armor and engage nearby hostile mobs to protect you. They can be useful allies during boss encounters, though they require space to operate effectively.
What bosses should I prepare for?
The mod spawns hostile bosses including Iron Monger, Whiplash, Hammer Drones, and Crimson Dynamo. Ensure your suit is fully repaired, your energy cells are charged, and you have powerful weapons equipped before engaging them.
