How do I get passenger cars to sit properly with my character inside?
The mod adjusts interior seating to two seats per row so your character model fits without clipping through walls. Simply right-click to enter a passenger car and you'll be positioned in an available seat automatically.
What track radius do I need for these long passenger trains?
Use curves with a radius of 50 or higher to keep the long passenger cars and locomotives properly connected around bends; tighter curves may cause cars to disconnect or derail.
Can I mix Superliner and Bombardier cars on the same consist?
Yes, you can couple different car types together, but Superliners are designed for long-distance routes while Bombardier Bilevel cars are built for regional commuter lines, so mixing them may look unrealistic depending on your route theme.
Which locomotive should I use for a commuter rail line?
The Bombardier Bilevel Type 3 Cab Car is designed for regional commuter service, or pair Bombardier coaches with the F59PHI locomotive in Metrolink or Coaster livery for authentic regional rail operations.
How do I display multiple locomotives with different paint schemes?
Build parallel tracks close together and park each locomotive (P42, F59PHI, or F150) on its own track; this creates a depot display where you can see all the different Amtrak and regional liveries side by side.
What are the Superliner Wreck Rebuild cars for?
These are damaged-looking variants of Superliner cars in Surfliner and Amtrak California colors that let you roleplay rebuilding a wrecked train consist or create a maintenance yard scene.
Do I need special track or is standard Immersive Railroading track compatible?
These trains use standard-gauge track from Immersive Railroading, so any standard-gauge rail you've already built will work without modification.
Can villagers ride in the passenger cars?
