How do I open another player's inventory?
Use the command `/invsee ` to open their inventory in a new window. You'll see their main inventory, hotbar, armor slots, and off-hand item all at once.
Can I view inventories of players who aren't online?
Yes, InvSee++ can access offline player inventories if their data has been saved to the server. Even players who have never joined can have inventories created and viewed.
How do I access a player's enderchest?
Use `/invsee ender` to open their enderchest instead of their main inventory. You can view and edit it the same way as a regular inventory.
Can I see what items a player has in their crafting grid or enchanting table?
Yes, InvSee++ displays items currently in the player's crafting interface, enchanting table, anvil, smithing table, and other workbenches, plus whatever item they're holding with their cursor.
What happens when I edit a player's inventory while they're offline?
Your changes are saved to their player data file. When they rejoin the server, they'll see the updated inventory.
Does the mod automatically update when a player logs back in after I edited their inventory?
Yes, if a player was in spectator mode when you edited their inventory, it will auto-reload when they rejoin, showing your changes immediately.
Can I use commands to give items to offline players?
Yes, the Give Items addon allows you to give items to offline players via command without opening the inventory interface manually.
Is there a way to see what changes were made to inventories?
The mod has configurable logging that can track inventory modifications. Check your server logs or the mod's log file to see a history of changes.
Does InvSee++ work with PerWorldInventory?
Yes, it has optional integration with PerWorldInventory, but you need to set `load-data-on-join: true` in PerWorldInventory's config for it to work properly.
