How to Transfer All Items Between Your Inventory and a Chest at Once

The One-Click Bulk Transfer

Instead of shift-clicking every stack individually, the mod adds a transfer button that moves everything between your inventory and the open container in a single click. Open a chest, barrel, or other storage block and look for the transfer button in the container GUI.

Clicking it pushes items from your inventory into the container, or pulls items from the container into your inventory, depending on which direction the button is set to. This is the fastest way to unload a full inventory after mining or to grab everything you need before heading out.

Practical Uses

  • Dumping loot: After a caving run, open your base chest and transfer everything in one click instead of shift-clicking twenty stacks.
  • Restocking: Keep a supply chest with food, torches, and blocks; transfer its contents into your inventory before a trip.
  • Clearing a chest: When relocating or reorganizing, pull a chest's entire contents into your inventory, then transfer them into a new chest.

Cautions

Bulk transfer moves *everything* it can. If your inventory is nearly full, some items may not fit and will stay behind. Also be careful not to accidentally pull a chest full of junk into an already-cluttered inventory — sort first, then transfer, so you can see what you are moving. Always double-check the direction of the transfer before clicking, especially on a chest you do not want emptied.
