Use name tags to instantly rename item stacks in your inventory without visiting an anvil.

Steps

1. Obtain a name tag: Find or craft a name tag

2. Hold the name tag: Pick it up in your cursor

3. Right-click the item to rename: Select the item stack you want to rename and right-click it while holding the name tag

4. View the result: The item stack now displays your custom name in the inventory
